By downloading, accessing, or using Venture Fitness Training App ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, Apple’s payment system will process transactions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
